Our Story

A network born out of a shared training, a shared standard, and a decision to keep working as one.

How Cohort 8 began

We met as the Class of 2026 of the Advanced Executive Coaching Programme at the Møller Institute, Churchill College, University of Cambridge. Over the programme we came to trust one another's judgement — and when it ended, we chose not to scatter. Cohort 8 is the result: a close-knit network of executive coaches who continue to think, refer and work together.

Why a network, not an agency

Some engagements need one coach; others need several. A leadership-team transformation, a cross-border programme, or a brief that calls for a particular sector background is better served by a small, coordinated group than by one person stretching to cover everything. Because we already know and trust each other, we can combine flexibly around the work — and refer honestly when someone else in the network is the better fit.

Our standard

Cambridge-trained and Association for Coaching–accredited is our baseline, not our headline. What matters day to day is judgement, discretion, and the ability to be a genuine thinking partner to leaders operating under real pressure.
