Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is a confidential, one-to-one partnership with an accredited coach from the Cohort 8 network. We begin with an intake conversation to understand where you are, what you're working toward, and what would make the biggest difference — then design the themes, cadence and structure around you.

Our coaches don't work from a single script or theory. They bring judgement, challenge and genuine partnership to help you think more clearly, decide more deliberately, and act on what matters.
